PFlag:

The PFlag bits are set to indicate that the wind field has a missing value code (MVC) due to the reasons described in the following table.

0	Pitot nose Pressure was used in the wind calculation.	Pitot wing pressure was used in the wind calculation.
1	Indicated air speed is greater than or equal to 60 m/s.	Indicated air speed is less than 60 m/s.
2	Absolute value of the pitch angle minus the alpha angle is less than or equal to 5 degrees.	Absolute value of pitch angle minus the alpha angle is greater than 5 degrees/
3	Beta (Sideslip) angle is less than 5 degrees.	Beta (Sideslip) angle is greater than 5 degrees.
4	Pitot nose pressure minus pitot wing pressure is less than or equal to 4 mb.	Pitot nose pressure minus pitot wing pressure is greater than 4 mb.
5	Pitot nose pressure minus pitot wing pressure is greater than or equal to -4 mb.	Pitot nose pressure minus pitot wing pressure is less than -4 mb.
